Price Check, New Guy Here!

Hi guys, i'm new to the bimmerforums and I had a quick question regarding how much you all think my car may be worth.

It's a 2007 335i but it is modified. A list of the modifications:

Carbon Fiber Roof Trunk and Hood
AWE Chipped
AFE Air Intake
CPE Exhaust
Coil Overs (Don't remember the brand, they came with the car)
Breyton Race GTS 20" wheels

And some other minor modifications. It currently has 34600 miles on it, brand new Toyo T1Rs 285/25/20 on the back and 235/30/20 on the front, M-Sport Steering Wheel, Boost Guage, Air to Fuel Ratio, and Battery meter.

The carbon fiber does have very minor peeling that is unnoticeable unless you look closely. The wheels have insignificant curb rash.

Here is a video of the car

She puts out about 400 rwhp

It was cold outside but I had been warming up the engine 10 minutes prior to this so be comforted in knowing I didn't cold rev it.

I'm looking for about how much do you reckon I could get from a private sale or a dealer trade in, and if you think any dealer might be willing to do a near even trade for an 07 bmw m3

Thanks for any and all input you guys may have

Remove the performance parts, return it to stock and you will get more than selling it modded. Generally modded cars do not sell well. You are better off selling off the parts and the car returned to stock separately. A dealer probably wouldn't even take the car. If they did you would get bare bones standard trade in and maybe even a deduction for the mods due to a voided warranty / inability to CPO the car.

The reality is, a dealer would probably give you around $25-27K tops towards a trade in on a new or used M3.

Damn, I don't have many of the stock parts anymore. The BMW dealer where I have the car serviced has yet to tell me that any of the modifications voided any part of the warranty. Thanks for your input though!

Okay, thanks for your advice thus far, I guess i'll just take it to the dealer and see what they say. This car has gotten me into far too much trouble with the regional police around here. They recognize it from a mile away. I've been pulled over 5 times in the last 3 weeks.
