Question What is best tire set up for midwest climate with VMR 19's

I am planning to buy v701 or v713 VMR wheels, what tires is the best for spring/summer/fall that can also handle wet conditions (rain)?

I am keeping stock 16's to be fitted with blizzaks or comparable tire for the winter..

Just responded to your PM but Hankook Ventus V12 are a solid performer for the price.

Hankook Ventus V12 Evo's are phenominal tires. For the quality vs. $$$$$, they cannot be beat IMO.

Had them on my 997S and got them coming on my VMR 701s

If you're looking for just a daily driving tire, with a good amount of overall grip in rain and dry, the Yokohama S. Drive is VERY comparable to the Hankook tires as well.
