Lean fuel mixture map

Would it be possible for the tuners to design a real lean fuel mixture map for JB3 or the Procede? It would be convenient for the emission tests to eliminate change of DP's.

I could even consider to buy en extra tune just for the purpose, so, who can provide it?

Other workaround hints is also appreciated :-)

Why you don't use O2 sims ? Emission tests are performed via OBDII.

The lambda value must also be within a specified window, which eliminates a convenient solution like feeding fresh air into the system
