Why is luca335i banned?

I hadn't seen the ASR Intake thread for a few days so i searched for it and noticed someone closed the thread and luca335i was banned. I was interested to know if his situation with ASR had been resolved...

Does anyone have any idea what happened? Mods?

He had a couple of choice words with someone on the thread about ASR not responding to his refund on the turbo upgrade from them, and his girlfriend also got into the mix of things, and I guess the moderators felt it was out of line...

yeah klipseracer and luca got banned. Basically klipseracer opened his mouth about the ASR situation and he tried 2 downplay luca as if he was wrong. the big mouth and the lack of intelligence that klipseracer had pretty much got himself banned.

Luca's "stituation" has not been completely settled by ASR yet. I believe Abid will contact him tomorow and handle it. hopefully.

that is bullshit. A vendor rips off a customer, customer posts about it, vendor does not refund money and customer gets banned? F-that

Was he a registered vendor because I was posting in a vendors add about some other products and how I felt that he should come up with a more competitive price and I got a talking to by an administrator.
Either way that is bs unless he was just off the wall.

Well the whole banning thing was just do 2 the arguement and all. It was jus words bein said really, thats the reason for the banning. That thread was a mess, but there was truth 2 it.

IP bans are useless until IPV6 gets implemented (then there will be enough numbers for everyone on the planet to have a unique static ip x10), the vast majority of home connections have dynamic ip addresses.

I guess I don't understand why some type of warning was skipped over and an immediate ban happened. Although the thread definitely crossed into unproductive and unproffesional territory it didn't seem to be anything that couldn't be resolved with the edit/close thread that happened anyway and a strong mod pm. From what I remember both members had contributed to our forum with DIY's etc. Just my 2c
