CNS Racing Presents The Stage 1 And Stage 2 E90/E92 335i Power Clutch Kits!

Hello E90post forum members!

/// As an introductory offer for all E90post forum members, we are pleased to offer a $100 rebate for the CNS Racing BMW E90/E92 335i POWER CLUTCH KITS. Simply use the "E90POST" coupon code. ///

The Stage 1 CNS Racing Power clutch kit uses the stock SAC-type pressure-plate and is intended for use with the OEM flywheel.

The Stage 2 CNS Racing Power clutch kit features a non-SAC mechanism pressure plate and a billet rebuildable flywheel.

After years of Research and Development to correct the poorly engineered OEM BMW 335i clutch, we are proud to present the best clutch package offered on the market today. Here are some of the advantages to the CNS Racing 335i Power Clutch Kit.

- The Stage 1 CNS Racing Power clutch kit uses the stock SAC-type pressure-plate and is intended for use with the OEM flywheel. These kits are "amazing" per our customers that are currently using them. We have had great success with these and they are quite streetable and hold big power.

- The Stage 2 CNS Racing Power clutch kit features a non-SAC mechanism pressure plate, which deviates from the original design and provides a lighter rotating assembly, higher rpm capability and greater clamp load levels. Included with the install is a billet rebuildable flywheel that features a lightweight, low MOI design and infinite rebuildability. The billet flywheel weighs 14lbs.

- CNS Racing only offers a full face carbon semi-metallic clutch disk which has proven longevity and OEM streetability. This in turn eliminates the chance of premature failure due to clutch disk glazing which occurs in OEM and competitor kits that have an Organic disk lining.

- Identical if not better OEM pedal feel.

- Completely plug and play just like the OEM kit. A clutch stop is also included in the kit to adjust the pedal engagement point.

- 500+ rear wheel torque capacity. Great streetability and Racing use.

- It is a complete kit including the streetable high clamp pressure plate, full face carbon semi-metallic disc and OEM release bearing.

Why incur the cost of reinstalling poorly designed OEM and competitor clutches plus the expensive labor for installation. Save thousands of dollars with the CNS Racing BMW 335i Power clutch kit by installing a clutch once! No more babying a high performance car in fear of burning the clutch. Drive your 335i the way it was meant to be driven!

Looks nice! I just hate the fact that a good clutch for my G35 was $500 and for the 335i it's $1,300!

That is correct the full face carbon semi-metallic clutch disk material is more expensive than other materials. This material offers the greatest torque capacity while maintaining smooth street driving characteristics. We have tested this clutch design on the street and heavy track use for years with great results.

With the current discount the Stage 1 CNS Racing 335i clutch is $1299 and Stage 2 is $1899 for the complete kit. (using the "E90POST" coupon code.)

Thank you,

Mark

The Stage 1 has no gear rattle since it uses the Factory/OEM dual mass Flywheel and the Stage 2 has very little due to the sprung-hub design.

Looks good! Always great to have more alternatives on offer, in particular with turbo upgrades on the horizon.

Just one question: Considering that your stage 1 is already specced for around 500 ft torque (around 670 Nm), what would you need stage 2 for which is good for up to 800 lb/ft? There are very few N54 around that exceed 500 lb/ft, and none that I know of with more than 600. As far as I've seen, those with more or less all bolt-ons peak at around 450-480 lb/ft, for which the stage 1 seems to be sufficient.

It has been knocked out at 400 rwtq or so. I think 500 rwtq is simply not going to be enough very soon. I am over the limits on a lot of clutches already.

Hello Alpina_B3_Lux,

The Stage 2 335i CNS Racing clutch kit provides a lighter rotating assembly, higher rpm capability and greater clamp load levels. Included with the install is a billet rebuildable flywheel that features a lightweight, low MOI design and infinite rebuildability. The billet flywheel weighs 14lbs which is lighter than OEM and improves acceleration.
