A/F ratio

Please could someone indicate the parameter to be logged on bt in order to get the a/f information from o2 widebands and the convertion ratio (eg from volts to stoichiometric)?

Thanks in advance.

I probably found them.

- Lambda nominal value bank 1-2.

In addition the wideband signals are:
- voltage lambda probe in front of catalystic converter bank 1-2.

At the moment I don't have the conversion factors from volts to stoich but I think they are only a division and an offset away

Piggies bias the wideband so that is useless then. Second BT log samples are simply way to slow if you really want to see any useful wideband info. I suggest buying one if you really want to monitor A/F ratios.

Have one (LM-1). I just hate the idea to weld a bung into the DP. However, seems to me I have to .

Thanks,
Eugen

I'm waiting for a friend that will perform some tests on BMW power kit with Active processor on top of (no wideband modification on the contrary of other piggies).

I'll let you know as soon as I have some news.

The DPs are a huge hastle to remove. Why not just put it in the midpipe? The response difference is basically negligable.

I thought the LM-1 has to be pre-cat between turbo and primary catalysts ( I have 200 cell catalysts in the DPs ).

I don't know too much about how the 200 cel cats will affect things unfortunately. I would call and ask the manufacturer.

You can measure post catalyst but it will show slightly leaner than actual.
