depends on which sound system you have
but in all cases if you are not using an external amp
it's hardly worth $200 as the difference will be marginal
they start to sound good when you give them a lot more power

You'll need an aftermarket amp. Also, keep in mind that these are the 4 ohm version. The 2 ohm version will work better for most applications.

depends
if you are using an aftermarket amp that has enough power
it will run cooler at 4ohms and most amps are more efficient at 4ohms than 2 ohms
also the daming factor is always higher in 4ohm than 2ohm
so 2ohm is not always better.
