Not a horror story but...........went to get the manual out of the car this morning and opened it as usual via comfort access. Grabbed door handle expecting window to drop but it didn't! what it did do was leave the door lock open and me unable to get into the car because the window hadnt dropped enough for the bloody door to open. Ah hah I thought, i'll open the roof slightly which will allow me to get in, but the roof wouldn't open either.

This left me with an insecure car and no way of locking it apart from.............pushing the door back by leaning on it!!!!! to engage the lock and the alarm.

So if you have a vert and its left out in the elements i.e frost, dont expect to get in it or drive it!

Just love the car but sometimes!

Re frozen glass spray some silicone along the rubber seal this should hopefully stop glass sticking worked for me.
Merry xmas everyone and be safe

The snow hasn't been all that bad where I am. I did venture out but it wasn't a great ride!

It's other people you worry about, you don't want some grannie off to Tesco's sliding up behind you in her Micra

After 2 days of not getting into the car, thanks to the snow, I eventually managed to get into it and drive her to Northampton and back(relative christmas visit). Felt good taking her for a blast, sorry, re-acqaiunt myself with all the controls of the car!
