I've looked and looked... searched etc to try and see the difference between the two. M sport in search doesn't work very well and putting it in quotes didntwork for me. Please any side by side pics of m sport vs sport would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Here's the thing:

The only real, visible difference between the Sport and the M-Sport is the M-Sport's aggressive aero bodykit. Everything else is a performance mod such as sports suspension, sports seats, sports steering wheel, etc.

So.....think of the Sport as the base 3 Series that's lowered with larger wheels and suspension upgrades.

And....think of the M-Sport as the Sport with a sexy body kit as well as some M logos in the cockpit and on the rims.
