buying an 07 e92, need advice

I've been researching for a new e92 as well. I think 42 might be a little steep if it is from a private sale..
1. Is the 42k final price, or do you have to add tax?
2. Are you paying cash upfront?
3. Is the owner covering the checkups before your exchange?

that's low km, so that's good. 42 is probably the asking price. i think u can get lower. keep in mind the warranty is about to expire and since it's a private sale it doesnt come with an extended warranty.
