RD LED shorting out...and turning on and off

I usually drive with my halos on until it gets quite dark to a point where I need to use my headlights. Today I got pulled because my halos where turning on and off and got pulled over for imitating a cop. It looks really stupid my RD turning on and off on one side. Sometimes doesn't even come on a all. I bought it from M-force. I dont think its the vendors fault but I'm gonna contact them after I check all the connections tomorrow. Any advice?

It sounds like a faulty ballast or LED unit. If it's happening on both sides, it could be a software problem causing them to go out or a loose connection. If it's just one side, you probably have a defective unit.
