Ar Catless Dps installed!
Today i have installed the Ar catless Dps. The all procedure took 2,5 hours for my mechanic (and it was his first dps installation, for bmw E9+) My car is E93 cabrio and the only difference is that it has two more bars, in the floor, that had to be unscrewed.
My impressions was very good... I have procede stage1 and i noticed a very big difference in throttle response. Now the car pull much more aggresive in every rpm's band and above 5500rpm til redline, it just killing asses! After the installation i measured the exhaust emissions and i was surprised. With a very little warm up (oil temp just reached 80c) the emissions were 0,1(which is very low) with limit for euro5 cars just 2. Before the catlless dps i had emmisions 0,001 but i had warmed the car very strong. I forgot to mention that i still have the secondary cats. One of the reason that the emmisions are low i think is that procede have more ignition advance (around 4 degrees) with stable thottle! |

At the end these bars (as every other thing you unscrew) fitting back exactly the same. The funny thing is that the space between these Ar downpipes is more than with the stock one(They have at least 1,5 cm distance in the worst spot and in the most length about 2,5 cm) |
