I have black on my 07 SG with the light grey headliner and love it. Have seen entire light grey interior with aluminum trim and think that is pefect! That would be my pick if I was building from scratch.

I got SG/Saddle with m-sport, so i got the black headliner, and it looks GREAT.

I have a the Space Grey w/ Oyster interior. Oyster maybe the the closest thing to Beige but is lighter than Beige and it has a twin-tone interior. Did you consider Oyster since you said you want a light setup for the interior?
