Parking Sensors Retrofit

Hey Guys

I would like to know if my car didn't come with Parking Sensors, can I be able to retrofit the OEM Parking Sensors?

I know they have that license plate mounted parking sensor thing... but i have no idea about OEM parking sensors, id love that tho.
