my lease is up in March - i will try to get the next one without front plate if that's allowed in NJ.

Nice car! So what are you planning to get next? Your lease is pretty good timing since the E92 LCI are going to be released when you return this lease.

I will be going for a 4-door this time (just had our first born in august). Most likely E90 335 LCI or may be.. may be... ahemmm 2010 S4

That is if I like the test drive and lease rates are just as good as BMW (nov rates were pretty good). Another way to look at it is if i'm going to lease cars then might as well take advantage of it and try something different every 2-3 years. S4 lease now and 2012 F30 next

You live in NJ, and don't know that front plates are required?

I dealt with it for 6 years. Got pulled over 3 times because I refused to use one. Never ticketed.

The stock e92 335i looks so nice. I think it looks much nicer than the m3 coupe which I find to be tacky. That is just an opinion. You made an excellent color choice. Congrats.
