help installing bulbs central nj

hey anyone know how to install angel eye leds and the high beam bulbs in central nj on a 2006 330xi e90? im having a hard time...willing to pay if necessary.

My friend's dad owns a shop in spotswood and he can help you out its the citgo on spotswood road.
