Recommeded bmw service center for Miami?

I need to go in for normal servicing on my M3.
This will be the first service I have gone in for since I moved to Miami.

I know that Brahman and South are the two big bmw dealers here.
Any recommendations if I should choose one over the other?

Thanks

South Motors BMW.

Ask for Donny Rizzo and tell him Robert from Lexus sent you over.

He'll take care of you

Ryan or Kerlim at Braman. Ryan drives an E90 M3, he's one of us..

South is soooo far. Especially coming from the beach.

Either Donny OR Armando... They both have good techs that know their sht LOL

Armando has Michel & Delroy & Andy tho... hmm LOL

Whoever you decide to go to, just tell them Robert from Lexus sent you and when they ask which Robert, tell them the one that worked in the back counter with Randy

I'm not a fan of South BMW. I went there twice when I was looking into purchasing my 2009 M3. I don't remember which sales representatives it were, but both had the attitude that they were better than the customer. Including the service center when I tried going there for service. I ended up leaving and went to Vista in Broward county where I originally purchased the vehicle.

Hello guys!

Here for your information,BMW is a successful company, the return on its car business is falling. Mercedes, the core brand of German-US automobile group DaimlerChrysler, is now more profitable than BMW. The J.P. Morgan analysts therefore expect to see a change in the company's strategy, driven by large shareholders in the Quandt family. The number of vehicles produced by BMW has increased significantly over the last few years, but mainly for the group's smaller models.

Ended up going to Braman bmw and went with Ryan Mullings as my SA. A fantastic experience from start to finish! Ryan is great and will really take care of you since he's a fellow m3 enthusiast. Hooked me up with a loaner (car was not bought from braman miami) and had it washed and cleaned inside and out when I picked it up.

Phew! I'm glad it wasn't a nightmare as i've heard from some people

That post was also from 3-1/2 years ago.

That said, I've had nothing but great experiences with Ryan as well. He has a modified 335is last I heard.

However, Bramann in general is a pretty lowly group. They will lie until they are caught, then make up some more excuses.
