TVR T350T

Hello all,

Just really curious as to anyones opinions and or experiences with these.

Going back to my whole weekend car thing - this seems to be a good combo of price, age and dare I say it 'quality'

I cant really add much more, but as I said would be keen to see what people think.

Is that still true of newer TVR's?

I thought it kind of ended around this period of time...

As far as I am aware they did get better but not the the levels that would make you feel relaxed that you were going to have trouble free motoring.

At least they should be easy to work on as they are quite basic.

My neighbour owns one strictly as a weekend car to compliment his daily drive Lexus IS. It comes out of the garage once a month AT THE MOST!

It is insane...extremely loud, very fast and just damn dangerous. It looks fantastic but the inside is...well, a TVR!

If you're used to and like the 'quality' of the BMW, even as a weekend car the joy of this would wear thin. And whilst it is very fast, it is also very difficult to drive fast on the road....things like braking and handling don't seem to have been thought about in the design of the car.

Garage List
2007 BMW E92 335d  [0.00]
2003 M3 CSL  [0.00]
2007 E92 335i  [0.00]
That was my first choice recently when looking for my next car.

Honestly. You'll get attention whereever you go, for that it's great. But there's absolutely no way I'm paying over 20k for something that's been put together so incredibly badly.

It literally looks like it's been made with the cheapest materials on continual Friday shift.

I've seen many, driven a few, and although it's nice and loud (and nowhere near as fast as I thought it was going to be) I just couldn't live with it.

Best go check one out if your serious and have a good nose around. You'll soon lose interest. (or if you don't care about that stuff, you might love it, but check it out anyway just in case)
