M Double Spoke 194 172 Alloys

Hi folks,

BMW UK have now launched the M sport saloon package which includes sports suspension, alcantara seats, and other extras over and above the SE.

As the model has only recently been introduced my local dealer doesn't yet have full details.

The standard wheels are M Double Spoke 194 17". Does anybody have a picture of what they look like ?

Cheers,

Steve.

These are supposed to be Style 194

There is a little confusion as the site with all BMW wheels states it is 18", but www.bmw.co.uk says its 17"

The second pic is of the optional Style 193 which www.bmw.co.uk lists as 18"

Both actually look ike 18" in the pics

Is the blue in the picture Mystic Blue by any chance ?

It is available on the M sport model so i was wondering what iot looked like.

Have been looking round dealers to see a red car in the flesh but nowhere seems to have one in the UK.

Cheers,

Steve.

The pics in the thread above are Le Mans Blue. Its brighter and richer looking than Mystic. There are some run-out UK spec E46 model in Le Mans - dealer still have them as Ci demo's. Check the approved car section on www.bmw.co.uk to find a delaer with Le Mans and go check it out. Its a very rich bight blue. Red BMW are rare in the UK as they do not command the best resale values - be warned.

My dealer tells me that UK M-Sport 6-cylinder models get the 18" wheels and 4-cylinder models get the 17" wheels! I think the 17" wheels are standard elsewhere in Europe with the 18" optional?

The BMW press release for September updates said the M Sport Pack will be available with a new blue colored seats

So i would say they are blue
Probably blue in the centre with black on the outside like the E46 M3 blue seats were

I am also waiting to see the blue/shadow combination. Will take a few pics when dealer gets a sample. The new blue leather is half-leather-cloth and not available on the UK M-Sport! Dealer says its mystic blue coloured - not seen it myself.

Check pic's below. Note how the BMW logo is bigger on the 17" wheel - as the images has been scaled up to match.

If this is correct, then looking agian at your post, the car in first pic is on 17" and second car is on 18"? What do you all think?
