Seems about right to me.

I got my 2006 325xi with 49K miles CPO'd for 21K at Dealer

Only options were Auto, unfortunatly sunroof, and Xenons (which are a must have)

I think it's OK too. I just got an 07 328i about 3 weeks ago with the same options, but with 26k on it, for (CPO) for $24,000. Also, it was a one owner car. I did get the conti tires on it, and it's fine.
