Houston TX BMW specialty shop - Bavarian Hyper Sports: still in business?

Anybody know if Bavarian Hyper Sports is still in business?

I called the number on their website (281) 477-9944, but got an error message telling me it was no longer in service. I did a google search of the company name, and tried calling a different associated number (281) 682-1177, and a guy answered with "hello" like it was a private residence. I asked him if it was "Bavarian Hyper Sports", and he said "no".

On their website is an address at Ann Ln. I drove down Ann Ln yesterday, and there is no evidence of this place. According to some returned entries from the google search, they might now be located east of 45 on 1960.

No, they closed down, which sucks, because Joel was a very cool dude and he knew bimmers inside and out. I now take my car to Motorwerks of Houston, and I'm very happy with them. They've taken care of my car really, really well.

If you're looking for a shop on the North side, check out M Performance. They do great work as well, from what I've heard.

I searched "M Performance Houston". The 2 closest matches were M&M Performance off of Jones, and Houston Performance on 249. I presume it's M&M Performance? Thanks for the recommendation. I might try them.

No, those aren't it. M Performance is is located one block south of Cypresswood on Kuykendahl. Their phone number is (281) 257-6602.
