Feeler: ASA JH3 and Dunlop wintersport

I am returning my lease next month and looking at getting rid of my winters.

ASA JH3s and Dunlop wintersport M3 225/45/17 runflats.
These were on my 335 for the last three winters. Wheels are in reasonable condition. No curb rash but some peeling in the centre(see pic). They also need a good cleaning
Unfortunately one of the tires sustained side wall damage and needs to be replaced. The other three are in good shape(see pic for tread remaining)
I am in Richmond Hill and would only be interested in local buyer.

This setup cost me around $1700 CAD three years ago(From Tirerack).
I haven't seen many of this particular setup selling lately so I am not sure what the going rate is.
I would like to get $500.
