Detailing Monte Carlo Style !!!!

Just got back from my 2500 mile Euro trip. Spent a day in Monte Carlo and spotted this.

Saw the boat first and fell in love. Then went round the other side to see it getting its monthly detail !!!!!

Just love it.

My mate was in St Tropez the other week and they hired a small dinghy. Whilst they were topping it up with fuel, they were chatting to the fuel guy who had just filled up a boat similar to that one. Said that the guy had just put in £7000 worth of juice!!!

Also said that it would barely last the afternoon if he gave it some welly!!

How the other half live eh!!

had to google that lady moura just to see who owns it, loads of sites about it as one of the top ten super yachts, not so much how the other half lives, as the other 0.00001%

That's an easy one. It's owner by the Sultan of Brunei (90% confident anyway). Err, just checked google myself and maybe my sources aren't quite right - may have been a previous owner

Monte Carlo expensive???!!!! The whole of Europe is expensive. Dreading the credit card bill.

£2.50 for a can of Coke
£4 for an ice cream
£5 for a bottle of beer
£10 for a large draught beer
£30 for a 10 minute train from CDG to Disneyland Paris (nice train though and on time!!!)

I could go on !!!

That bathing platform is very oversized. They must have had weight/levelling issues. We had the same on one of ours and had to make a stupid sized bathing platform.

The detailing looks good though

And I complain about the amount of time it takes to detail my e90! Can you imagine detailing that sucker!?!?

Its pretty much a full time job. A boat of that size should have a small crew that would look after it and have to continuously do that! If the boat has a coloured hull its even worse! They have to be repainted preferably 6monthly or at most every 12months.

I remember a GnT in the fancy nightclub where all the F1 drivers & models go, forget the name for a minute, cost £25 - I only had one then switched to bottled beer for £12!!! Ah, it's called 'Jimmyz' at the Monte Carlo Sporting Club.
