New car deposit..
Hello Guys,
First post...SO, Hey Im Mo an im from manchester. Ive been a member for a while but not really been able to contribute so apologies! Anyways, as things go, Ive put myself in a compromising situation and do need the advice of my fellow comrades. Sometime ago, i put a deposit on a new m3 Convertible. At the time, the dealer was unable to specify how long long it would be. Out of the blue I got a call that I should pop down to spec the car but as it happened business wasnt so good with the recent downturn an I felt I wasnt able to go ahead with my commitment to the car. So, the question is....DO I have any rights to that deposit again or should i consider it gone? Apologies for the long post. Mo |
