If you're talking about the MORR wheels website, I think that's pretty much a dead end. I also had no luck hearing back from anyone when I tried contacting through that site.

If you're talking about AluFelgen (for the new CS7 CSL wheels), you can get 'em through email or PM here on this site. They might take a little time to get back to you but you will get through ultimately--just keep trying. I think they've been getting a little backed up here and there lately. Hopefully, they'll work that out as time goes on.

I don't see the difference they seem to be the same co. like Alufelgen is a front to get away from the bad rep Morr has been getting on here.

Check out some website registries and whois, all signs point back to Morr

use at your own risk imo

This is how rumors start and how the have to be stopped. MORR and AluFelgen are two different entities, owned by the same person. AluFelgen is a company that manufacturers low-pressure cast wheels. MORR is a company that manufacturers high-end forged wheels. MORR is a limited production company that manufacturers a few batches of product a year and AluFelgen is a full production company.

Also, all the registries/whois information points back to two different entities.

Please without getting personal or offended, do not post comments and opinions like this that might be perceive by other members negatively.

You are welcome to PM me with any questions.

OP: I would recommend emailing Carlos directly at carlosm@morralloys.com with any questions you might have.

have you tried picking up the phone and calling them? I've always found it much better to do business over the phone. it's faster and you usually get a better understanding of the product and better service if you talk to a live person.

I once worked for a cylinder head shop (maybe 10 years ago), and trying to keep up with 100 emails a day was pretty much the worst thing ever. 95% of the emails are just stupid questions or people asking for free shit (sponser me!!), or "how much faster will my car be if I get xxx package? will I run 11s?". They would very rarely lead to a sale.

We ended up taking the email address off the website, and handled phone contacts only. I can only imagine that it's worse now. This is why if I'm spending more than a couple hundred dollars, I always call and talk to a real person if there is a phone number on the website.

Ive had 4 different sets of wheels from these companies and have always been treated awesome. Some of the best wheels out there too. Email Carlos, he'll get back to you. Ive spoken to him multiple times and hes a good guy.

Alufelgen thanks for the clarification. Btw when I was inquiring about Aufelgen CSL reps the response was prompt and sometimes i received a response within the hour. A+ customer service but just changed my mind to something less than the OEM look.

While trying to contact Morr I left 2 VM messages and that is aside from the 3 email requests i've sent in a span of 3 months!

I will contact Carlos, if they order in batches 2-3 times a year it would have been nice to receive a note saying so.

MORR Service

Do yourself a huge favor and search for MORR groupbuy for VS7 and the other one for VS8...... you be the judge.
