what condition are these in? Any large scratches/chips? From the pictures, they appear to have a shimmer/ reflection

They're mint. They will come freshly painted and sealed in matte black before they ship. The camera's flash is what the shimmer is. If you take a look at any matte black car that is the same exact color it looks like.

Yep, still for sale. Not a pain to install at all, its easier than screwing in a light bulb, basically you just pull on them and they pop out and you install these in the place of your stocks.
