Drag Strip

Hello.
I am taking my car (e90 330i) to santa pod drag strip in a couple of weeks and was curious to know if any of you guys had done some strip time in your cars and if anyone had some suggestions or tips for me as its my first time.

turn off the DTC all the way. Launch at about 3k and slip it quick then shift at redline. If you really want to get crazy.... if your not on rft tires let the pressure down to about 20lbs and launch at 5k.
