HPFP info, I was in Europe for 2 weeks
I was talking to this guy who works at a modding shop in Greece. They "mod" HPFPs (at least for VWs) to push more fuel through and he said they are not complex.
They have started modding 335s as well. He wasn't aware of any HPFP issues on the N54. Granted, the N54 is not as prevalent over there, people buy the smaller motors due to govt taxation. So, if a modding guy can pop up an HPFP and make it push more fuel through, I am sure if he had a bad HPFP in his hands he may be able to "mod" the factory defect away. |

Do they install magnets while they're at it to improve gas mileage?
Just upping the capacity of the fuel pump means absolutely nothing without other mods like upping the boost, etc. |
