Is there no redesign for the 2010 E92 3 series??

I have yet to hear anything about it, or see any pics.
None of the magazines report about it yet either.

Isn't it pretty standard fair for BMW to do facelifts after 3 model years and completely new models every 6 years?
So what gives?

The e90 got the facelift for 2009 after it debuted as a 2006
The e92 debuted as a 2007 (in August 2006 IIRC) so it's DUE for a facelift too correct?

Shouldn't the 2010's be hitting showrooms in the next 2 months?

Gotta say, I was 98% sure I'd get a new 2010 e92 335i with the facelift and 7 speed DCT.
But WTF? If there is no facelift and no DCT for the U.S. 3 series (like there is for the 2009's in Europe) BMW screwed up big time.

There are many of us who've leased e92's back in 2007 for 3 years. Our leases are coming due.
We'd be MUCH more likely to get another if it had a facelift, slight interior upgrade and the new DCT tranny.
But without any of those, there's going to be thousands of e92 owners who won't want to get another 2-3 year lease of the exact same car for 2010 without any upgrades or changes.

Nah.
"use the search" = waste of bandwidth.
"Search" replies could be applied to pretty much 90% of new topics anyway as there's not much new posted that hasn't been discussed already in a 3-4 year old car.
Better use of my time is just to get a straight answer from somebody who knows by asking the question directly.
Better use of everybody elses time would simply be responding to the question if you know and if you don't not using the "use the search" response as a generic response.

"use the search" response is like if a friend asked you if you know the telephone number of another friend, and your response was, "use the white pages" or "call information" or "search the web"
Instead of just giving them the number if you do know and if you don't just simply saying, "sorry don't know it."

Now back to the topic at hand.

True, but I don't like the looks of the rear end of the M-Sport package.
The DCT would be the primary draw to get another.
The facelift and minor interior redo would be the icing.

M3? You know you'd love it. but yea, I think bmw is waiting to release everything I'm 2012 because of the world economy situation. Waiting until it comes back a little so people have some money to buy to buy increasingly more expensive 3 series.

The rumor is that the LCI for the E92/93 won't come until part way through the 2010 model year (Feb/Mar 2010?).

I'm in the same boat as you. My lease ends early April 2010 so I'm hoping the LCI is available by that time.

Who's to say that the LCI is going to be better looking?
