Poll: Do you drive faster going work/home?
Given the opportunity of driving on a open road with little traffic. Would you typically drive faster to work or going home? This can apply to school as well.

I noticed given the chance, I drive faster after work. More chill in the morning and anxious in the afternoon. Just want to go SOMEWHERE after being cooped up in the office for the whole day.

I am afraid to go overboard and drive fast in town while heading for work, but I can't resist to redline the car once or twice in second gear after the oil reaches the proper temp...

For me, its always faster on the drive into work, but then again I leave really early in the morning so traffic is often lighter, compared to my drive home which is at the peak of rush hour.

I drive the same both ways (pretty quick), but seems like i drive faster on the way home at times, probably b/c there are more cars on the road at 4pm than at 6:30am snd i can actually know when im going over the limit.

I am a road cyclist. People driving to work are distracted. People driving home from work are obsessed. I am scared of both, but rather ride in the morning, feeling it is safer.

I actually drive the speed limit in the car. I find my self driving it like an every day car without as much HP as it has. Once the suit comes off and its night time, I rip shit everywhere.

Only really makes sense to drive faster going home, unless you are late going to work or school. Otherwise, why rush to get to work.
Always more excited about coming home (and therefore getting there a bit quicker) than I am about getting to work. |

I drive with the flow of traffic. If people are going 70 in the left lane, then I'm going 70 in the left lane. If people are going 79+ in the left lane, then I'm sticking at 79 because 1. that's already 14 over and 2. 80 is reckless driving and endangerment, son I'd rather not get that ticket to make other people happy. If everyone is going like 80+ in the left lane, then I'll move over. If it's just one person, then sorry, he/she needs to chill out. I won't make an effort to move over for him/her unless there's nobody in the right lane; then I'll let him/her pass.
