Rear Armrest?
Guys
Only had the car 2 weeks which was a factory build and I have an annoying plastic squeakcreek/rattle from the centre section that sits in between the rear seats. Anyway decided to pull down the rear arm rest and its a normally armrest which comes out in your hand attached by some velcro. Am I missing something here cos to be honest it's the worst centre armrest i have come across as they usually fold out. It can't be used as an armrest cos it is not fixed to anything. Can anyone clarify it's correct? Also has anyone had the same creek/squeak/rattle? Thanks Ian |

I didn't order anything else, just had the sliding armrest for the front. If that's the way it is standard i just find it poor that's all. Suppose I'm been picky! lol

I'm not familiar with the e92 armrest, but if it's in anyway similar to the e93 armrest (with the throught storage system), you can turn the armrest over to get the cushioned side facing upwards. Kind of agree that it doesn't feel like a proper armrest though.

I don't think this is intended to be an armrest, it just gives access from / to the trunk (for a ski bag for instance). I am not sure you even get the choice / option for an armrest.

They have been fitted to the new M3 special editions Monte Carlo etc. |

I have been informed by my dealer (who has seen the Press car)that the Editions M3 has Chrome Black Grills/Bonnet Vents not Gloss Black same goes with the wheels. This will be intresting to see.
