I think your E92 is only a week away. Others besides me might be interested in an update on the lease transfer process, and your comments on swapalease in general.

What kind of deal did you end up doing on your lease transfer on this baby?
Did you give an incentive or end up getting some cash from the transferee? It would be very helpful to me to know as it is good competitive info to have while looking at lease deals on some similar cars. I'd appreciate the favor if you can do that. I haven't figured out how to mine swapalease for actual "Sold prices". I do see your listing is still on swapalease but I'm assuming it is actually "under agreement" since I've been trying to reach you for a month with little success.

Matt, I'm really sorry I missed out on this. I tried contacting you here at e90post via Private Message, by cell phone, regular e-mail, and swapalease contact. At least one contact via each method went into a black hole. Maybe the fifth method is the charm, maybe not. You post a lot so I think you'll see this one.

Stephen. I appoligize for not getting back to you. I had your number in my recieved calls but so many people call me in a day it took no more than 6 hours for that to get wiped. Yes, the car is gone, the lease assumtion is complete and he legally owns the car. He is taking it Wednsday 10/4. I appoligze it didnt work out Stephen, I will pm you some info I think will be very helpful to you.
