Why is the X3 Forum not w/the X1 Forum?

I almost thought it was gone!

Maybe there is a reason, but I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering.

because the X3 and the X1 are two different models, built off different platforms, with different options and different engines.

if you want to make smart-ass comments, keep them to yourself.

Oh,,, smart ass comment??? Please~!

Listen Private, I think you need to take a clean clear look at what you just typed, and get some sleep or something.

The X1/X3 forum would be about as equal as the X5/X6 Forum is, and they are not the same car either son.

And the fact that the X3 is the only car forum missing from the header, comes across about as odd as your response.

Thanks anyways!

+1 was looking for it and thought it was abandoned because the X3 does not feature the N54 ;-)

There seems to be no traffic here on the x3, but hiding it won't help that either, will it...

FWIW I agree with Mr sauerkraut. The X3 forum is currently virtually invisible.

It should be with the X1. Small-medium size 4X4 or something similar.

No reason for it, but clearly there is a blind mindset behind it, that is nothing short of baffling.

I also thought X3 forum doesn't exist here.
So sad to see that X3 forum isn't as active as other model forums.

You might try a Magna forum. They build the thing afterall.

And one big reason for low activity is that X3 forum is hidden.

It should be visible in the header like other models.

Why moderators can't show it in header ?

+1 They need to put it in one of the spots up there, it's like it doesn't exist. I would favor "X1/X3" just like the "X5/X6".

Well that would make more than one of them.

Magna is going to (or has already) stopped making them IIRC. They are off to North Carolina. Maybe they can make them without the automatic transmission issues and the poor ride quality.

An active X3 forum will get:

1. Complaints
2. People complaining about #1.

It's more of a food fight than anything useful. That doesn't mean a BMW site shouldn't have an active X3 forum. It does mean that those who are easily offended should suck it up before reading.

Before you laugh too much consider this.... Most BMW suppliers are regional. So while the vast majority of the parts on my X3 are stamped Made in Germany much of yours will read Made in Mexico.

I was wondering why it wasn't listed on the banner at the top of all the pages.
