Want more power for your 135i?

Hi guys

After a year of personal experience (and absolute satisfaction) with my own car, I am offering a performance upgrade for 135i's & 335's.
The upgrade comprises a add-on computer module developed in the USA, which is hard-wired into the ECU. The tune can be removed in less than 30 minutes to restore the car to its original state. At the recent BMW Car Club dyno day the 135 developed the same power as the new E92 M3, but get this, 137 Nm more torque!

Available for R3000 installed, subject to sufficient interest and delivery from USA.

Please PM me for more info.

With just a tune those numbers mean that you are running a lot of boost. Can you give more detailed specs?

Sounds like the JB3, is it? Otherwise, what are the chances of it throwing modification codes? If so, what would be the cost of bringing in a BT scanner to clear codes?

JB2, runs about 0.9 bar at our altitude (2000m) according to my boost guage. Don't have personal experience with JB3 yet, may offer that later. Haven't had any CEL's nor any codes reported by dealerships. If there is interest in the JB3 I will certainly consider bringing in the BT scanner, but at about R8k I don't believe its necessary for JB2's.

BrokenVert, bear in mind that the M3 is giving away some power at these altitudes. BTW, sorry you see Roxanne's sad history.

Sorry aacab, turbo's are easy to wind up, NA cars are a lot more challenging ...

You could always talk to Sav at SavSpeed for a turbo mod or to the Brothers Green at RGM for a supercharger - not sure if they do 4-cylinder motors though.

Yeah imagine that! Will have to just save up for the 135i

Problems with that is motor plan and price..

Even though its stupid and impractical because of the 135, a supercharged 125 sounds really cool :P

Actually the the 135 doesn't have the exact same motor as the 125,
The 125 has a 2996 cc and the 135 has a 2979 cc, this is mainly for completion, so if you added a turbo to the 125 it could have a bit more power then the 135?
and the Transmissions have different ratios so it should make a deference to.
