Tire Warranty

well. just a few hours ago i just got a flat tire from this thick needle-like object, i don't really know how to explain it, and i was just wondering what i should do i those kind of situations. and also does BMW cover warranty for tires? or do i have to purchase a whole new set of tires. the flat tire is located on the drivers rear side. my car is a 2008 BMW E90 335i with standard Bridgestone Turanza EL42 225/45 R17.

any input would be helpful.

BMW warranty does not cover tires. If you bought the wheel & tire warranty, that would cover it. If your tire wall is intact you might be able to fix the tire, if not you're gonna have to replace it. Replacing just the one tire, the rear two or all four is a decision for you to make. Replacing all four is best. Replacing both rear, is recommended. Replacing just the one is not often recommended.

You could purchase new tires from TireRack and get the Road Hazard Protection on them to protect this new set.
