Blackline lights fitted, and a wee pic of my new wheels!

I keep saying Darkline by mistake. Somethings got me confused

Oh well, lets forget about that

Fitted BMW performance blackline rear lights thisevening (oh.. and fitted something new yesterday too

pic at end of thread

). Just went at it with no idea what I was doing so thought I'd take a few pics during the process

Goodies:

So heres the light as it started:

Had to pop the boot trim off, just mushroom clips, 2min job...

Can then get at the back of the boot lights:

which I unbolt:

and its gone:

the main lights are next. Behind the battery trim piece is:

and removed:

other side:

BEFORE/AFTER: Left side is old style, right side is blackline. Its a bit hard to tell here though, because the main difference is with the left side part of the lights...

Heres one completely fitted: Protective film still on

Unfortunately I ran out of light

But you get the gyst. I love these new lights, make such a huge difference. The car has transformed with these and another new mod

Good to see them Blacklines looking nice. Will probably fit mine on the weekend after a good old wash. Car looks sick with the new wheels. I will probably invest in some rims near Xmas time. Maybe some of these...

cheers lads. I was going to go a different route with wheels but then a good price came up on these couldn't really turn it down. Will get more pics next week when weather is less shite.

august will be a huge month for the car. should be finished after that

How much were the wheels tires?

I will probably go the route of

Blacklines
Matte Black Grilles
Tints
Rims and lowered
Spoiler
Muffler delete for exhaust
Changing the badges to CF ones

That's done for me and a looooong way away

re: the price... that'd be telling!!

ps don't do a muffler delete, get a new backbox. muffler delete sounds cack and a bit barry for our marque imo...

I know some of the yanks do it, and hence why your calling it a 'muffler' lol - but thems got no sence I tell the'!

Err,

All visual mods, plus the sounds. CF roundels, tinted, full install from ICE COLD, and a couple of styling mods I dont want to give away yet. Sounds and tints will be the most obvious next things

I have heard in some foriegn land some guys have tuned the 320d (163) to 270HP.
