Whats the New Software/Car Lurching and Unresponive

Hello everyone i need your help on some things. Im new to the car stuff and have a few questions. What is the newest software for our cars i have a 06 325i. I checked my software in the hidden menu and it said 89.45.CO do i need a update. Ok i also have a problem that has bin on this forum. When coming up to a traffic light or a stop sign the car jerks foward right before it comes to a complete stop. The tranny feels like its really jurky and i get a jolt from the car when i accelarate from a stop, very lagy. If anyone can help me that would be awsome

I think the software update that fixes the "lurching" issue but makes the car feel "slower" or less respsonsive was for 07/08 335's.
