My headlight lens cover thing fogged up after the first time I replaced my angel eye lights. It was because I didn't get a good enough seal with the new light unit, so I removed it, re-installed it making sure it was completely sealed and tight and after a day or two it went away and never came back. If you let it stay fogged up for too long (a few weeks) it could cause permanent discoloration to the lens cover.
If you didn't do anything to it, then have the stealership check and repair it so it doesn't cause permanent discoloration or damage later on. Free maintenance and new car warranties are awesome!
