solenoid bypass(the new way)

i just did new new solenoid bypass with jb+. car runs very smooth. but i can hear solenoids are keep on runing all the time. i can hear whining noise from solenoid, also i can feel it when i touch solenoid.
is it normal like that?? or i did something wrong??

Someone correct me if im wrong, but i beleive there should not be an open line when you complete the solenoid bypass. Maybe you have skipped a step somewhere.
