My friend just got a 2009 Lci 328 and he is trying to find any rear bumpers or diffusers that fit quads on them. If you guys know any vendor or part, PLEASEEE let me know

He can get LCI Performance diffusor, and have LTBMW work his magic on it. He made it fit, here is mine. It is made for the LCI Performance bumper, but it will work on any E90 Mtech bumper with minor modification to the bumper.
