You either tap or splice the wires to the existing sidemarker wires. Pretty easy, just 2 wires for each sidemarker.

Based on the box and the red wire taps inside of it, EAS. Mine looked exactly the same. But who knows... all these retailers could be using the same distributor/manufacturer.
