Denver area M3's with aftermarket exhaust
Who has gone to an aftermarket exhaust and which one? Would like to hear one or two of them before buying. Specifically, does anybody have Eisie Sport or the AA exhaust?

Any interest in meeting up at some point so I could hear it? Can't get a good feel from the sound clips. Happy to come to you, maybe this weekend some time if you are around?

I've got the AA Signature. Six people came up to me at today's RMC BMWCCA autocross to say it was the best sounding car at the event.
I'm down in the Tech Center. If you want to drive my I'd take you for a little blast around DTC. Dave

I can warn you off a couple. Besides the exhaust, you'll surely want to consider the Dinan spring kit and the UUC SSK if you've got the 6MT. Both really work. Dave

I'm bumping an old thread here to see if anyone has an Eisenmann exhaust I can hear. I'm trying to decide between the race and sport.

I went ahead with the Eisenmann race. I installed it a couple weeks ago and I hated it at first. The drone in the cabin was horrible but I decided to give it a few weeks before giving up. I've either gotten used to it, or the sound has calmed down a bit, or both. It's still noisy as hell during warm up but doesn't bother me much after that. I haven't been on any long trips with it yet though.
What's Murray charging for the install? Did you buy the exhaust through them?

Murray Pricing
Using the 2010 Holiday cash to pay for the exhaust.
Got the 25% OCT DINAN price and ordered it thru Murray Parts Dept. Install will run 1.5 hours (per DINAN) and will cost $180 at Murray's shop rates. Murray charges only DINAN recommended time, this could go both ways, but seems fair. BEST THING...Murray will take 100% responsibility for ANY warranty issues associated with DINAN mods. I highly recommend dealing with Chris Callahan, Murray Parts Manager and DINAN rep. He'll take good care of you. While Murray sales side sometimes leaves much to be desired...Parts and Service have always been top notch in my experience over the past 8 years.
