my car does not shift smoothly....
I do have 2006 325i and it does not shift smoothly. Especially from gear 1 to 2, and sometimes from 2 to 3. Does anyone also experience this kind of problem? Is it common?

IIRC the 1st gear is a very short gear. My previous BMW (E46) was 6 spd and I had better results making the 1-2 shift under 2k rpms. Some have mentioned the CDV delete which I'ver heard for years that it's an improvement. http://www.zeckhausen.com/CDV.htm
