power window not working

the auto-up feature on 1 of my windows doesnt work anymore
that same window when i use my remote to open all the windows sometimes doesnt work
also starting about a month ago I have noticed that all my windows close too tight, when using autoup, i can hear the windows squeezing the life out of the gaskets
I had an issue before with my sunroof, all it needed was a reset, is there such a thing for the windows and is this even what i need?
I have an 08 335 sedan

bring it in to get the windows fixed usually they gotta do the reset them selves
