I was just wondering if you guys speed around the GTA. On the highway and in the city, how much do you speed by?

pretty much all the time.....

on main roads, i'm usually going 20 over..ie. 80 in 60 zones, 90 in 70...if the limit is 80, i still go 90 though....on the hwy i'm usually doing 140......

Live in Nova Scotia rather than GTA. Generally I do 10 - 15 kph over the limit. That doesn't apply in residential or congested areas. Then I stay at the limit or even under depending on the circumstances.

+1 higways maybe 130-140 at times but usually just relaxing side streets never over 65- 70 not worth it too many people out there, bad drivers and kids crossing streets just cruise slowly

I drive the 401 pretty much daily, on a 25km trip I usually cruise around 140 steady. Never had a problem. On main roads I stick to the speed limit or about 10 over. If I wanna give er, I just pick my spots and do a short burst, on ramps usually the best place. I rarely speed in areas I am not familiar with. Good way to get booked.

usually about 20%-30% over the limit. I can't help it. If I don't, either me or the person behind me will go insane for driving so slow.

in vancouver i pretty much dont follow the speed limit i just go with watever the traffic flow is at.. and whatever is safe.

I have a friend who drives the speed of the highway... so he goes like 401 km/h on the 401 and 404 km/h on the 404... I don't know how fast he does on local streets, DVP or gardiner, however...

Yeah, I cruise at about 151 km/h on the highways and 111 km/h in town around the 60 zones...why do you ask Mr. Cop?

on the 400 highways, i let the car roll without pressing gas...so 5km/h?
on city streets, i just put the car in neutral and hope its downhill...and ppl help me push my car for uphills

I got caught doing 96 in an 80 zone this morning on the way to work

Police singled me out when everyone else was going faster than me! WTF!

$55 ticket plus 1 point = I hate Police officers that have nothing to do in the morning
