Strange Rumbling Noise

I noticed this was going on for a little while now but I didn't think much of it. I went to drop my buddy of after the gym today and he started to notice it too. When I'm going about 35mph (car is a automatic, in D mode not DS) and let go of the gas I started to hear a rumbling sound. The noise is not very intense but it starts out pretty heavy and fades away as the car slows. Also I noticed that the car slowed from 35mph to about 15mph pretty quickly, is that normal? Could there be a problem with my break or tires maybe. I'm going to take it to BMW tomorrow but I would like a heads up from you guys. Thanks in advance.

I got back from Circle BMW and it's the tires that are causing the noise. So at this point I might as well get myself a nice set of rims.
