Jacking (and jack stand) points on E92 M3

Searched for answers but nothing. During the 1,200 service yesterday, I took a look at my car lifted to see where I could jack up the front and back. There's a black puck deep in the middle front, that tech said it could be used to lift the car. Is it true?

The 4 side rubber pucks are the obvious locations for jack stands, correct?

The only problem is the rear. There's no 'puck' there. Only central location is the differential, but I usually shy away from it. How can you lift the rear to place car in jack stands? Would it hurt the diff if lifted from there just long enough to put jack stands? Thanks gang.

I'm happy to hear that; many thanks. I was concerned about the many venting channels, which seem to reduce stiffness, but glad to know it's okay. I assume the front lift point and 4 jack-stand locations are fine then. Thanks again, and take care.
