Unhappy Help any place in Austin that can paint brake calipers

I am in the Military and I am currently deployed in Iraq. I am trying to have all the mods and stuff installed and done on my M3 by the time I come back for my 2 week R&R vacation in June. I want to get the brake calipers painted red on my M3. I live in Killeen and a few days ago I sent someone to a Shop in Killeen that I had install some of the mods on my car they said they would do it for $200.00 dollars, they said they have to take the calipers off and clean up the brakes. When I sent the same person back to the shop yesterday to make a appointment there they changed the price to $500.00 and said it is because my car is different . WTF I call it a "M" tax just because they have cheaper tuner cars they see mine is a BMW M3 that cost allot more they want to jack up the price Them Bastards. Can someone hook a Soldiers up with a good location I am trying to do my calipers exactly like the pic below except the color in red I even got the stickers coming in the mail

Never mind on the place in Austin

I just got some friends on the E90post that are going to hook me up and paint the calipers for me

Here is the site if anyone is interested on a site to get paint for your calipers if you want to paint your calipers yourself. :
