why doesn't the Halo's work?

there cheap. i change the ballast and some of it works. i just unplug it and didnt use it all together. the only good thing is the housing.

angel eyes dont work AT ALL?? cant be fixed?

its does when you plug them in. but it flickr. and shock my hands. i think they need relays or something . i just didnt bother with them. they come with new ballast
