Hey everyone,

I recently bought the DD bumper

I am selling the OEM M Aero lip, which is painted in montego blue, with very little scratches (pictures comming later tonight) under it.

Painted montego blue M areo lip: $350. OBO

I also have an AA processor (350 miles +/-) for sale: $350 OBO

I am really sorry to all of you who are/ were interested in this post, as I have had a lot of personal matters to contend with (e.g., family, finincial, etc.).

As a reminder, The whole bumper (excluding the M-Tech lip) has the full 3M (Certified with a warr. of 5 years) clear bra whereas, you could bring it to any certified 3M tecnician and it will be honored...

BUYERS BEWARE!!

This guy is a thief/scammer and he is selling my LIP that he didnt pay for. He scammed me personally for over $1000!! He is a scammer and I made a police report against him. He will be dealt with by the police and I hope nobody else has to go through what I just went through with him. Dont send him any money or buy anything from this guy, because it is a STOLEN item and will be returned to me.
I am also alerting the police about this post so they can see it. He specifically came to my house and wanted to pay me using paypal for some parts i had for sale, then he reversed the funds and kept my parts. This guy is a thief and a scammer and the police will deal with him.

Actually, I had stopped payment on the Credit Card.

What Tony does not tell you is that I had also bought wheels from him and was promised my TPMS and, after almost 6 weeks of going back and forth, did not get them. For anyone who has delt or known Jack at Vista BMW (the one who had scammed all of those people), then you can understand the amount of excuses that I was given (by Tony and Jack) when I wanted those TPMS back. Next, I have a copy of Pay-Payl's transaction and I SPECIFICALLY stated that me buying those wheels would only take place if I had those sensors returned.

I had also (I could post all of the voicemails and texts from both Tony and Jack) tried to settle this in other ways (drove to Jack's house in Coral Springs to get them and he said that he could only install them if I had dropped it off with him, hmmm.) but was not successful.

And Tony, before you post personal information about me, please remember how many other legal matters you and your (well-known) friend Jack are in from "scaming" buyers like me.

I simply canceled the CC because this was the only way for me to prove how serious I am.

If you want to give me the TPMS, then I will pay you but please don't say that I had scammed you when Pay-Pal's transaction mentions the TPMS as a stipulation - you did not fufill your part in giving me what I had payed for.

BTW, the bumper that I had bought still went through and I paid you for that - this is/ was only the wheels.

If anyone else does not believe me, I can post the other Pay-Pal transactions that I had with Tony and Jack.
